How to organize work and build resilience - Module 2: Communication
Would you like to refresh and/or deepen your knowledge and skills regarding constructive and respectful interaction and communication? Take part in this training that combines theoretical input with interactive elements!
We will define success factors for a clear and respectful communication, identify main challenges in communication situations and seek possible solutions for main difficulties. Furthermore, feedback and de-escalation techniques will be trained.
This training is part of the 3-module course "How to organize work and build resilience". The course is organized as part of the Euresearch Adaptation Measures 2023. It aims to promote the well-being, resilience and work efficiency of Euresearch staff in times when they are exposed to frustration, uncertainties and instability caused by the current non-association of Switzerland to Horizon Europe and the challenges of post-pandemic teleworking, which can be challenging for mental health, in addition to the "normal" stress (hard deadlines, work peaks, time pressure, etc.).
