Call for Applications: Korea–EU Horizon Europe Researchers Forum on Advanced Biotechnology (1–3 July 2025)

This Horizon Europe Cluster 1 matchmaking event will offer a valuable opportunity for Korean and European researchers to connect. It will take place in Brussels from 1-3 July 2025. This forum aims to foster collaboration between Korean and European researchers in advanced biotechnology, within the framework of Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health. 

The forum focuses on these topics in the destinations TOOL, IND, and DISEASE.

The event will bring together 12 researchers from Korea and 24 researchers from European countries (including associate countries), to exchange knowledge, explore joint research opportunities, and build lasting international networks.
Alongside the 36 selected researchers (session speakers), additional attendees may include other researchers, NCPs, consultants, support officers, and stakeholders.
Each selected researcher will be given a 15-minute presentation slot to introduce their research and interests. An area for poster exhibitions will be available, allowing all participants and additional attendees to showcase their work throughout the event.

Who can apply?
Researchers who are actively seeking collaboration opportunities with Korean/European partners in the field of Advanced Biotechnology within Horizon Europe.

Deadline to apply?
31 May 2025, 24:00 (CET)

Up to 24 researchers will be selected to participate in the forum.
