European Health Data Space - Public Consultation For Non EU Country Participation

TEHDAS2, the consortium creating guidelines and technical specifications for the European Health Data Space, recently opened a public consultation on  third country  participation (such as Switzerland) in the EHDS.
All TEHDAS2 draft guidelines and technical specifications are published for public consultation to help ensure that the final outputs meet the needs of stakeholders, such as researchers, citizens, health professionals and regulators.

The survey aims to gather feedback on the draft guidelines on a framework for collaboration with third countries, covering two dimensions:

Conditions for collaboration (governance, coordination, IP rights)

Research infrastructures

The survey is open until 28 June 2026 under the following link: Public consultations - Tehdas.
