Partner Search: Industrial Partners Sought for Plant-Based Dairy Innovation EIC Transition Project

An innovative spin-off company based in north-west Italy has developed a patent-pending technology that transforms vegetable oils into self-structuring oleogels. This creates clean-label food fats without additives. The company is preparing an EIC Transition proposal and is looking for industrial partners from the food sector to jointly develop innovative plant-based dairy alternatives based on their novel structured lipid ingredient technology.
