EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026 Call Is Now Open
The EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026 call is now open, with deadline on 28 October 2026.
The call supports early-stage, high-risk/high-gain scientific, technological and deep-tech R&D, with funding of up to €4 million per project. Applications may be submitted by single applicants or consortia. Consortia must include at least 2 independent legal entities from 2 different EU Member States or Associated Countries. Consortia of 3 or more partners must follow the standard Horizon Europe consortium rule.
The 2026 Challenges are:
i) Advanced Materials for Miniaturised Energy Harvesting Systems
ii) Biotechnology for Healthy Ageing
iii) DeepRAP: Deep Reasoning, Abstraction & Planning towards Trustworthy Cognitive AI Systems
