Partners Sought for Project on Green and Digital Competences in the Energy Sector

A European consortium is preparing a Horizon Europe (HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-07) proposal focused on identifying, assessing and developing the green and digital competences needed by young people and workers in the energy sector. The consortium is seeking experienced VET providers and/or universities specialising in labour economics, educational sociology or related disciplines, together with representative organisations from the energy sector in Central and Northern Europe, to contribute to competence analysis, assessment and development.

Partners sought: The consortium is seeking universities, research organisations and VET providers with expertise in labour economics, educational sociology, behavioural research and energy-related training. Partners should contribute to skills-gap and labour-market analysis, the identification and assessment of green and digital competences, curriculum and micro-credential development, lifelong learning pathways and pilot training activities. Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, gender equality, disability inclusion and accessible VET systems is particularly sought.
