Consultation on European Partnerships Implemented As Joint Undertakings

The consultation aims to collect general evidence, experience and views from stakeholders on the role and functioning of Treaty-based European Partnerships under Horizon Europe.
While it will not constitute a formal assessment of how partnerships have performed under the previous framework programme, views on possible improvements to JUs (and Article 185 initiatives) that should increase the EU’s competitiveness would be of particular interest to the Commission.

The results of the consultation will help the Commission to address the problems identified on the basis of the evidence obtained and to duly consider the potential solutions when developing the initiative.
