Horizon Europe’s cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” supports research and innovation addressing challenges and threats to security of citizens and infrastructure and strengthening Europe’s disaster preparedness. This includes improving society resilience, enhancing capabilities to respond to natural and human‑made disasters, and protecting critical infrastructures from both physical and cyber threats through trustworthy security solutions.
