Horizon Europe Swiss Implementation Day

We are pleased to invite you to the Horizon Europe Swiss Implementation Day, a co-organisation of the European Commission and Euresearch, which will take place in person in Bern on 17 December 2026. 


Throughout the day, representatives from the European Commission will address topics such as: 


Simplification in Horizon Europe (including novelties on lump sum funding); 

How to manage your Horizon Europe grant (including financial rules, third parties); 

Ex-post controls (both actual costs and lump sum grants); 

Bringing your research results to market.


You will have many opportunities to ask questions directly to the speakers, as well as submitting your queries before the event in Slido (see link below).  Whether you are a Horizon Europe project manager, coordinator, grant advisor, financial officer, or any other project contributor dealing with these topics, do not miss this opportunity.

The target audience for this event is limited to Horizon Europe applicants or beneficiaries from entities established in Switzerland.  Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.


Please note that the number of places for this event is limited.  Participants will be accepted on a first come first served basis and registration will close when fully booked or on the 11 December. The organisers reserve the right to decline any registration.
